You think systemically, act with empathy, and engage teams on equal footing. You actively strengthen and expand our consulting offering in Leadership Development and Change, shaping new ways of supporting strategy execution through targeted leadership development. Not as a “nice‑to‑have,” but as a core lever for transformation.
 
Beyond client work, you invest in the growth of our own consultants, coaching them with clarity, openness, and a genuine interest in shared development. You foster mindset, initiative, and impact in an environment that both inspires and challenges.
 
Thinking entrepreneurially, you contribute your ideas at a strategic level within our leadership team and actively help shape the future direction of TTE as a boutique strategy consultancy.


WHAT IT TAKES:
A solid track record in Leadership Development and Change, ideally gained within a leading strategy consulting environment. Several years of coaching experience, complemented by a reputable coaching qualification. A strong passion for personal growth — for yourself, for others, and for clients — paired with a deep understanding of how leadership, transformation, and strategy are interconnected. An entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to build and shape something meaningful, across content, culture, and commercial impact. Relevant accreditations are a plus, but not a requirement.
