German C1 level required

• A strong background in MBB consulting, at least 4 years of experience in consulting.
• A strong passion for empathetic leadership and a belief in client co-creation as a means of driving results.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to shape the future of TTE Strategy.
• A desire to be involved in a family-friendly culture where caring and empathy are at the forefront of what we do.
